This Tracking Technologies, AI and SMS Notice (“Notice”) describes how EAB Global Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and its affiliates, including Cappex.com, LLC d/b/a Appily, “EAB”, “us,” “we,” and “our”) uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and AI on our websites and how you can control them. How Do We Use Tracking Technologies?. This Notice describes how EAB, our vendors, and other third parties on our behalf use Tracking Technologies (such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, JAVAScripty, and local storage) on our websites. We also use Tracking Technologies when you access some of our product platforms. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings, authenticate and log you in, provide you with a personalized experience, keep our websites secure, and analyze how our websites and online services are performing. EAB’s Privacy Policy will apply in addition to this Notice where we collect and use personal information through these technologies.

- How Does EAB use AI? EAB’s may include features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”), including but not limited to the Conversation Agent. This tool is designed to provide real-time responses and support and to personalize your experience.
By using the Conversation Agent, you acknowledge and agree that:- AI-generated outputs are based on automated systems and may not reflect factual accuracy, legal advice, or institutional guidance. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content or recommendations provided by the Conversation Agent before relying on them or sharing them with others.
- EAB may analyze usage patterns, interactions, and feedback from the Conversation Agent in an aggregated or anonymized manner to improve the functionality, safety, and accuracy of the AI systems.
- EAB does not use AI to make automated decisions about individual users, and no output from the Conversation Agent will be used to determine student outcomes, access to services, or disciplinary measures without human involvement and review.
- How Does EAB respond to Privacy-Preference Signals? If you visit an Intel Site or service using a device with a United States IP address and Global Privacy Control enabled, EAB will not collect device information for the purpose of behavioral advertising. If you have more than one device, you will need to configure all devices with your privacy-preferences.
- How Does EAB Use Mobile Numbers Collected Via this Site? By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Troy University. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply 'STOP' to any message.
